Per formare cittadini attivi della Repubblica Italiana non basta insegnare la storia del Risorgimento o, peggio, ridurla ad un mito. Occorre che gli alunni comprendano ed apprendano che l’Italia in cui vivono è l’esito di processi storici grandiosi che hanno man mano strutturato e trasformato gli ambienti e le società e che hanno prodotto i beni che ora formano il patrimonio culturale diffusamente presente in ogni regione italiana.
In vista del 150° anniversario dell’Unità italiana, la Scuola Estivadi Arcevia (AN) con Clio ‘92 propone un corso di aggiornamentosu come insegnare conoscenze sulla storia d’Italia dal paleolitico al presente e in prospettiva mondiale, allo scopo di formare la cultura adeguata all’esercizio della cittadinanza.
Il corso si svolgerà in agosto dal 24 al 27, con 12 ore di relazioni e 12 ore di attività laboratoriali.
Durante il corso saranno progettate unità di lavoro sulle storie d’Italia volte a promuovere l’educazione alla cittadinanza e al patrimonio culturale.
