Con buona pace di chi vorrebbe ripristinare gabbie un po’ dappertutto, scorrendo le “code” c’è la conferma di una forte domanda proveniente dal centro-sud che supera quella del nord e quella proveniente dalla stessa Lombardia, comunque ben presente nelle code delle graduatorie.
Come non c’è da stupirsi dell’eccessivo affollamento delle code che superano abbondantemente il numero degli inseriti nella graduatoria permanente.
Un posto di lavoro a Milano pur se da precario nella scuola, in tempi di crisi come questi, è un bene troppo prezioso per lasciarselo scappare anche lontano da casa…
Se nelle graduatorie permanenti le posizioni individuali inserite ( qualcuno ha inserimento multiplo, cioè risulta inserito in più graduatorie) arrivano a 24.308 unità ( le domande in effetti si aggirano attorno a 16mila unità ), nelle code solo nell’infanzia si arriva 5.733 unità ( contro 4.476 ) e nella primaria a 6.107, quasi il doppio degli inseriti nella graduatoria permanente ( 3.837 ) .
E qui c’era proprio d’aspettarselo. Nella primaria la sostanziale tenuta del tempo pieno, nonostante i tagli e la scomparsa dei moduli, ha mantenuto una aspettativa alta soprattutto per le supplenze e questo spiega la valanga delle domande in coda nella primaria.
Nelle medie e nelle superiori, i numeri degli inserimenti nelle graduatorie permanenti vengono superati di poco dalle code. Quasi 5mila in coda nelle medie e altrettanti nelle superiori.
I tagli hanno colpito duro le medie e le superiori, determinando anche a Milano posizioni di esubero di quelli di ruolo. E non è bastato il tempo prolungato a bilanciare i tagli alle cattedre delle medie.
Nonostante ciò restano impressionanti i dati degli inseriti in coda in alcune graduatorie:
Nella media 1.422 di Italiano, 949 d’Inglese, 621 d’ Ed.Fisica, mentre nelle superiori 1.510 di Materie letterarie, 963 d’Inglese, 637 Italiano e latino, solo per citarne alcune…
Certo non ci sarà posto per tutti costoro nelle scuole milanesi…
Molti degli inseriti in coda, tra l’altro, oltre il 10%, sono inseriti con riserva, cioè in attesa di acquisire l’abilitazione , in una posizione di fatto inutilizzabile almeno per ora.
Quanti, invece, hanno optato per le supplenze nella nostra provincia , renderanno quasi del tutto inutile le graduatorie di terza fascia dei non abilitati di recente pubblicazione, alle quali si potrà attingere solo dopo l’esaurimento delle code!
Come e quando verranno a scorrimento le predette code è una complicazione in più per gli USP o le scuole –polo o comunque per quanti saranno chiamati a gestirle…
